At LifePath Unlimited we understand that the privacy and security of your personal information are of utmost importance to you. Whether you are a LifePath Unlimited associate or a customer, we realize the value you place on the privacy and security of information that personally identifies you.

Any personal and account data collected through the LifePath Unlimited website is done so to fulfill our legal and regulatory requirements and to provide you with the products, information and services you have requested. LifePath Unlimited reserves the right to disclose or report personal information only when that disclosure is required under law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities; to perform necessary credit checks or collect or report debts owed to us; and to protect our rights or property.

Your credit card authentication is processed in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted session. We provide the highest level of security possible to ensure that data is well protected.

LifePath Unlimited will not sell, rent or lease any personal information collected through its website to any outside source.

Income Disclaimer
This website contains statements made by selected Independent Business Owners to describe the rewards of marketing the LifePath Unlimited products and services. The statements made by these LifePath Unlimited Independent Business Owners are the actual amounts received by each of them. They achieved these income levels through the expenditure of considerable management time, money and effort and by consistently marketing the LifePath Unlimited products and services. There can be no assurance that the prior success of these people can be used as an indication of your future success as a LifePath Unlimited Independent Business Owner. LifePath Unlimited does not guarantee that you will achieve these levels of income. Your success with LifePath Unlimited will be directly as a result of your own diligence, sales efforts and leadership.

LifePath Unlimited Membership
The term of LPU membership, as described in the LifePath Unlimited Terms and Conditions - Policies and Procedures, is for 6 months to be renewed on each anniversary date of the initial acceptance of the Membership Agreement unless otherwise canceled or extended by LifePath Unlimited. The renewal fee of $97.00 is for 6 months and will be automatically charged on each anniversary date to the Member’s credit card on file unless the Member’s account has been canceled by LifePath Unlimited or the Member has notified LifePath Unlimited in writing to close the account. Receipts for Membership and Membership renewal transactions may be viewed in the Member’s Back Office. LifePath Unlimited Membership fees are non-refundable. Note that LifePath Unlimited reserves the right to change the membership fee at any time without notice.

Discovery/56 Days of Discovery Satisfaction Guarantee
Beginning today and everyday for the next 56 days, you will log into your 56 Days of Discovery website. There you will be given things to do, think, read, or listen to. You will track your progress online, as the 14 Luminaries walk you through what we refer to as the “Field of all Possibilities.”

LifePath Unlimited guarantees you will be satisfied with your result. The spirit of our guarantee is simple. You must take the course in earnest and complete all the required exercises during the prescribed time period to realize the many life changing benefits this course offers. Here is how our 56 Day Satisfaction Guarantee works.
  • You must begin your 56 Days of Discovery within 30 days of purchasing the Discovery Series. You must complete the program within 71 days of starting your 56 Days of Discovery.
  • Your login and progress will be tracked each day by LifePath Unlimited; your Journal entries however will remain private. LifePath Unlimited guarantees the privacy of your Journal entries.
  • All courses start the Monday following your online registration.
  • It is mandatory that you do all 56 days of the program in earnest.
  • If you miss an exercise you will be notified by email.
  • If you miss nine consecutive days of an exercise, you will receive a final email notice and will no longer be eligible to receive your refund at the conclusion of your 56 Days of Discovery.
  • You may only complete one exercise per day.
  • In order to receive a refund, you must return all of your Discovery materials (CDs, Journal and Goal Cards) to the LifePath Unlimited corporate office with a written request for a refund within three business days of completing the online course. Also your request for a refund must be postmarked within three days of your completion of Day 56 of the 56 Days of Discovery program. You will receive your refund in four to six weeks from the approval of your request. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Telephone or email requests for a refund will not be considered.
  • Employees, subcontractors and associates of LifePath Unlimited are not eligible for a refund.
  • The LifePath Unlimited 56 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is for your product experience only.
Event/Training Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
  1. ALL SALES FINAL. ATTENDEE AGREES THAT ALL EVENT/TRAINING TICKETS PURCHASED ARE NONTRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE; UNAVAILABILITY. If space is unavailable for any reason, Attendee will be able to attend the next subsequent event of the same type at no additional charge. Attendee acknowledges that neither airfare nor any other travel costs to and from the Event/Training are included as part of the Event/Training and that Attendee shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for all such travel costs. Lifepath Unlimited retains the right to re-schedule any Synergy, BreakThrough and/or Destiny Event, 60 days prior to the scheduled advertised date of the event.
  2. ACCOMMODATIONS AND AUTHORIZED GUESTS. Attendee understands that the cost of a BreakThrough or Destiny Event ticket includes one room for one adult person to stay at the resort and attend the Event. Attendee must also purchase an additional guest ticket which is available at a reduced rate, for each guest that attendee wishes to accompany them to a BreakThrough or Destiny Event. Attendee understands that the guest cannot be another LifePath Unlimited Associate/Member. Permitted guests include: a spouse, business partner, friend or a prospect as long as such person is not a LifePath Unlimited Associate/Member. PLEASE NOTE BreakThrough and Destiny Event tickets do not include airfare and Synergy Training tickets are per person and do not include hotel or airfare.
  3. EXTENDED STAY. Attendee shall make all hotel reservations for an extended stay for the Associate/Member.
  4. SPEAKERS; CONFIDENTIALITY. Attendee understands that LifePath Unlimited (hereinafter “Company” or “LPU”) will provide speakers at the Event/Training who will convey valuable information that is for Attendee’s use only. Attendee hereby agrees not to record, copy, transcribe or distribute, either directly or indirectly (in any manner or form), and to keep strictly confidential and to not disclose through written or any other means any of the information or content of the Event/Training seminar.
  5. NON-LPU PROMOTIONS. Attendee agrees that the promotion of products or companies other than those of Company is strictly prohibited at all times during the Event/Training, unless an authorized agent of the Company provides express prior written approval to specific participating company groups to promote their products or programs.
  6. INDEMNIFICATION. Attendee agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, and its respective successors, assigns, personal representatives, officers, directors and employees, for, from and against all manner of actions, suits, liens, debts, dues, damages, claims, judgments, executions, attorneys’ fees, costs and demands of every nature, kind or description whatsoever, either at law or in equity, or otherwise, arising out of, or in any manner connected to Attendee’s participation in the Event/Training.
  7. REGISTRATION. The ticket purchased under this Agreement is for the next Event/Training of the type specified for which space is still available. The Company must receive an Event/Training registration form from Attendee by the final Event deadline or normally no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled Event/Training to ensure accommodations/space at the Event/Training and/or to receive gifts associated with Event/Training.

REGISTRATION CHANGES. A FLAT CHANGE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR CHANGES MADE WITHIN 3 WEEKS (21 DAYS) OF THE EVENT/TRAINING START DATE. This includes but is not limited to the number of people attending, the names of guests attending, etc.
  1. CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. If Attendee cancels and has already registered for the Event / Training, registration can be canceled at least thirty (30) days prior to event for no fee unless otherwise noted. If cancellations are made from 29 – 1 day prior to cancellation/TRANSFER fees are as follows: 30 + days no fee, 29 – 17 days $500, 16 – 1 day full hotel charges.
  2. DEFERMENTS. Written notification of the deferment must be received by Company at Events@LifePathUnlimited.com or by mail to: LifePath Unlimited, 37555 North Hum Road, Suite 207, Carefree, Arizona 85377-2411 by the start date of the Event being deferred. Attendee may defer the ticket to the next like Event/Training. The Event/Training must be the same type (i.e. BreakThrough to BreakThrough, Destiny to Destiny).
  3. NO SHOW. Non-attendance at the scheduled Event/Training and failure to properly communicate and defer the ticket to a subsequent like event in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth in paragraph 9 above, shall result in a forfeiture of the ticket and the entire amount paid for such ticket. Any such forfeiture shall relieve both the ticket seller and the Company of any liability or obligation of performance relating to the ticket.
  4. FUTURE EVENT/TRAINING PRICES. Attendees who have paid in full for a ticket to an Event/Training shall have the right to purchase tickets for their personal use for subsequent Event/Trainings of the same kind at the associate wholesale cost for those tickets.
  5. RIGHT OF REFUSAL. Attendee understands and agrees that the purchase of Event/Training tickets is subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any ticket purchase. Company may, at any time, change the dates, speakers or location of the event without prior notice. You will be notified when and if this happens as expeditiously as possible by our Communications Department.
  6. ARBITRATION; VENUE. Any controversy, claim, action or lawsuit relating to or arising out of the ticket purchase and these Terms and Conditions, or any other disagreement between the parties shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Commercial Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be held in Maricopa County, State of Arizona. Judgment upon the award rendered maybe entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. In the event this arbitration provision is declared invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, parties agree that venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County or applicable federal courts serving this jurisdiction. The laws of the State of Arizona shall govern the ticket purchase and these Terms and Conditions.
  7. . ATTORNEYS’ FEES; COSTS. Attendee agrees to pay any and all costs, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by Company as a result of any violation of these Terms and Conditions by Attendee or any other dispute between Company and Attendee. In the event any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, are determined to be void or superseded, the remaining portions of the foregoing Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this paragraph shall survive.
  8. NOTICE. Any notice pursuant to the ticket purchase and these Terms and Conditions will be considered properly made when deposited by a party in the U.S. Mail and, if the notice is to Attendee, addressed to Attendee, at Attendee’s address last known to Company, and if the notice is to Company, addressed to Company at LifePath Unlimited, 37555 North Hum Road, Suite 207, Carefree, Arizona, 85377-2411.
    ALL EVENT/TRAINING TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchaser (Attendee) hereby purchases the Event/Training listed above and agrees to all terms, conditions, and rules related to this event as announced and modified by the Company.
    You may cancel this transaction, without penalty, or obligation, at any time within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Should a cancellation occur within the applicable three (3) day period.
